The current situation with the COVID-19 virus is changing rapidly, with new updates coming in every minute. As the situation evolves many customers may be unsure of what we are doing to mitigate risk to you and what steps we plan to take to help protect you during this confusing time.
First off, we want to reassure you all that we are open and taking appropriate action to maintain a safe shopping environment.
We are taking orders over the phone that can either be brought out to your vehicle, shipped directly to you, or dropped off to any city or town within a 25 mile radius to reduce physical contact and maintain the social distancing being asked of us all.
We are allowing water samples to be dropped off outside of our door where we have a collection box and emailing the results of your water test to you. Please be sure to affix all your contact information to the water sample so we may locate you in our system including full name, street address and phone number.
We want to remind you that the CDC has deemed pools and spas safe and should continue being used and maintained. With many people having to stay at home your spa may be just the relaxation needed during this stressful time, please remember how important it is to maintain a balanced water and that we are here to help with any questions or concerns.
